Secret behind to get mentally fit

When anyone talks about fitness, what comes in your mind first. If I am not wrong it is physical fitness. Do we care about mental fitness as well? As per the survey, most of the people think about their physical fitness and doesn’t care about the mental fitness. People keep mental fitness far away from them.

Maybe I am wrong, but please ask yourself, what do you do for your mental fitness. Do you eat something specific for your mental health? Do you exercise for your mental health. Hey, wait a minute. What are you saying, eating/exercise for mental health, is this really required? Yes, it’s required for your mental fitness.

Below are few required things which really help us to keep our self mentally fit.

  • Eating healthy food, which can include Omega3, fiber etc.
  • Watching funny videos
  • Engaging yourself in your work, specially in social work
  • Yoga, meditation, exercise etc.
  • Enough sleep

  • Overthinking
  • Multitasking
  • Smoking
  • Drinking

Mental fitness is more important than physical fitness. So please don’t ignore it.
